Interior Ideas have gained a wealth of knowledge over the past 17 years and can source any product within the furnishing industry. We try to supply an extremely wide range of quality products from various suppliers whether traditional or contemporary to suit all tastes and budgets.

Interior Ideas offer a full interior design service supplying curtains, blinds, carpets, flooring, wall coverings, lighting, upholstery, furniture and accessories. We also have a full fitting and advice service from our own team of painters and decorators, carpet fitters, curtain fitters, joiners and electricians for all domestic and contract projects.

Domestic Design

There is no better testimony to the high standards of domestic design which we at Interior Ideas offer than the increasing base of satisfied clients and recommendations. This is achieved through value for money, quality workmanship and the creation of lasting client relationships.

Contract Design

We know that contract design requires and demands the highest standards of service and at Interior Ideas we pride ourselves on being able to successfully meet these demands. We have gained a wealth of experience in the field and are accustomed to working with out clients to specific time schedules, financial budgets and the guarantee of a superior finished quality to our design.

Show Home Design

The most important aspect in designing a show home is to maximise sales by showing potential clients an achievable lifestyle. When Interior Ideas are commissioned to design a show home we take into consideration the following points:

Target Market

The site location and the size of the property usually dictates the clients who would potentially be interested in purchasing. A 4/5 bedroom house would appeal to a family and a 2 bedroom apartment would either suit a retired couple or a young couple starting off in married life together.

Budget

The budget allocated usually depends upon the target market and is generally a set percentage of the value of the property.

Size

Space is a priority for purchasers. To enable the prospective buyer to see the potential in every room, certain design techniques can be utilised. One technique is to use similar tones on a colour palette that flow from room to room. The use of reflective surfaces and down scaled furniture helps to create an impression of a more spacious environment.

House Doctor

We also offer a house doctor service. On a consultancy we can advise you of exactly what needs to be done to re-style your property in order to get the best price possible when selling it. We will offer advice based on each room of the property and can quote for the work and materials.

Bespoke Rug Design

Bespoke service is aimed at those clients that require rugs in their own colour specifications. We have pre-selected 30 of our current designs which we can be custom made in a hand tufted New Zealand wool quality using any of the 200 carefully pre-selected colours.

Using the colour tuft samples that are displayed in a handy box together with the colours on-screen, it is easy to visualise the new colour combinations of the rug.
